Buy Back Program
Office Furniture Place  buys furniture back that has been sold by us as well as other used office furniture. Below is a rate
scale that we use when we evaluate used office furniture. It can be a guide for you. Furniture
which was sold by us can be
sold back for up to  15% depending on condition.
We also provide a disposal service.

All items are rated on the following scale:

10+ = Brand NEW, NEW in Original Box

10 = Brand New, Outside of Original Box (sample or open box). Never used!  May show some very light wear from being
moved around.   

9+ = Good as New, Light wear indicating use of 1 year or less or Refurbished by Office Furniture Place  (new upholstery,
refinished, or enhanced in some other way).  

9 = Excellent Condition, Generally used 2 years or less. Near perfect, but it has been used.

8 = Very Good Condition, Generally used  5 years or less.  Shows some wear, but perfect for a professional office.  If you
bought it New and took good care of it, it most likely would look like this after 2 years.

7 = Good Condition. Shows more wear, but still quite good for most offices.

6 or lower= Very Poor. This furniture has tears, heat burns, or is a brand that can not be resold. Our only solution is to
dispose of it. In these cases we can give to quote to dispose of it. If you do decide to do a disposal we recommend at least
a truck load other wise our service is not cost effective.
We are so sure of our products that once you're are finished with them we will buy them back from you.
New, Used or our own Imported Furniture.

Will your other vendors do the  same.
We put it in writing on the invoice.
